When I lived in California many years ago, I also had State Farm. However, the service there was good, it was not as great as it has been with Ms. Coral Bolton. Coral is an exceptional young woman and a real bright spot during some difficult moments for me in my getting settled here in Ocala. She was so helpful and technically talented in getting me set-up on your State Farm Client website. In addition, on a day I called when she was with another client, her associate Doug stepped in and was also very professional and helpful. "I was recommended by a friend to try State Farm for car insurance. From the first hello how can I help you Ms Coral has been a great help to me. When I call on Ms Coral, always gives excellent service with a smile. Even during the time where I was unable to make payments. She helped me to the point I didn’t lose my coverage, and was able to get back on track. Any chance I have I recommend State Farm because of the excellent service I’ve been given and the atmosphere of the office is full of smiles and excitement to be of service to the customers. "I’ve been with State Farm for years, and Coral has always gone above and beyond for me. She’s helped me through everything from setting up my policies to answering last minute questions and making stressful situations so much easier to handle. "This review is not about State Farm, it is about this particular agent. I want to like this office so much because of their location, but boy they make it difficult. I left a voicemail message Friday at 4:22 PM (their office hours are 8:30 AM to 5 PM on Fridays) but here it is Wednesday and still no call back. It's not the first time we have had difficulty reaching them. I've been a State Farm customer for 45 years in six different states, and have never had an agent's office be so unavailable. So much for adding transferring my car from another state to Florida using this agent."

"I called Bonnie's office and spoke to Ashley. I knew I was paying way too much for auto insurance. I was quoted half of what I was paying to my current insurer for the same coverage. It took all of about 20 mins. to get switched over. Also, Ashley was very polite, friendly, and professional. I highly recommend this agent. Give them a call."

"This agent is never available when you call State Farm, always, out of the office, on another line, years of poor customer service."

"She can't even email you about adding a Via call vehicle to your policy. You have to call her but you can fill up a request online by to receive any information you have to call make it make sense."

"The lack of communication and ability to make policy updates accurately are the main reasons for this review. We gave this establishment several tries and "stuck " with them thinking they were flukes when things weren't applied correctly. We attempted the email route to receive calls to update policies due to the office hours (no issue with office hours as we respect their time), but never once received calls any of the times we emailed. The updates we needed at separate occasions were the following: Adding a teen driver Adding a newly purchased vehicle Updating our garage address on all vehicles Removing teen driver (left for Air Force) The following issues required in-person or phone call follow-ups: Adding teen driver- No response to emails asking to call us. We had no choice but to go in-person to get him added. We could not be given proof of insurance for him due to underwriting delays so there was no card for him to carry, and no electronic way to show proof of him on our policy for a while. We were told to trust them that he's on the policy and insured, and we would have a card as soon as underwriting is completed. Not a comforting feeling when a newly licensed teen driver is on the road, and you have zero concrete proof he is insured. Adding newly purchased vehicle and update garage address- The new vehicle was added with no issue, but to the wrong garage address. The incorrect garage address was randomly applied to vehicles. We moved from our old property and stated it needed to be removed from our account completely, but it wasn't. This took an in-person visit with several follow-up phone calls to update and get fixed. Removing teen driver (Left for Air Force)- Instead of removing this driver, they added him to our largest vehicle on the policy making our rate increase by 78%. They told us it would be a while for it to be fixed since underwriting is backed up... We have been given excuses of underwriting being part of the issue- yes, we understand that underwriting takes time. However, it is 100% the fault of the individual updating the plan to add drivers that shouldn't be added and applying incorrect addresses to vehicles. We had enough and proceeded to shop around before our policy ended. We have since moved on to a different auto insurance provider with a way more user-friendly online policy presence. Any changes are instantly reflected on the policy with confirmations that changes went through/were accepted. We plan on shopping for rates in the future with State Farm, but we will be going with a different agency."
